Building a major giving program in your organization requires vision, leadership and involvement from your board and non-board volunteers. It also requires know what motivates donors today, wh…at approaches we need to take in a competitive philanthropic market, how to keep donors engaged after the gift has been made — and how to create an environment where volunteers (board and others) will be motivated to get involved in developing the long-term loyal donor-investor relationships that are the foundation of successful organizations. Kay Sprinkel Grace has experience, wisdom and a reputation for providing sessions that are filled with information, inspiration and motivation. Participants will learn new strategies, review key principles, and have their best practices reinforced.
